23Zero Warranty

23ZERO tests all of its products to the highest of standards to ensure they last in the most challenging outdoor conditions. They proudly take responsibility for the high quality of their range of products.

If you find that one of 23Zero's products doesn't function properly simply contact us stating the item and issue along with a photo so we can pass it along to 23Zero, and in most cases 23Zero will either repair it or exchange it free of charge. In other cases, 23Zero will provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Please understand that 23Zero will not be able to repair damage caused by unreasonable usage, or in some cases, the natural lifespan of the product.

Warranty: 23ZERO provides 2 years manufacturers warranty for Roof top tents and 12 months on Recovery Gear on all materials, craftsmanship and parts but does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, storm damage, improper cleaning and storage or accidents. Warranty is for original purchaser and is not transferable.

WHAT IS COVERED

23 ZERO USA warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, for the term described, except as qualified below. The life of the product is determined from the date of purchase until such time as the product is no longer serviceable due to normal wear and tear.

Warranty is for original purchaser and is not transferable, and is only available within the lower 48 states of the USA.     

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

23ZERO shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultra Violet (UV) light damage on tents, Zipper wear), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, Sparks, embers or Fire, misuse or improper care.

THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL 23 ZERO BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

WHAT 23 ZERO WILL DO

On return of the product and inspection 23Zero finds that a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, they will repair or replace the product, at their option, without charge. Freight costs are not refundable.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

Return the product, freight prepaid to 23ZERO USA. REPAIRS

If your 23ZERO product needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that is not covered under the warranty, they will provide the necessary service for a reasonable charge, plus shipping and handling. 23Zero requires that products accepted for any repair be properly cleaned Please contact us via email at info@rooftoptentsofficial.com and we will contact 23Zero to ensure the best remedy.  If you cannot get in touch with us for any reason, you can contact 23Zero at info@23ZEROUSA.com or Phone 855-875-7755 and they will work with you to resolve the issue as best as possible.

HOW STATE LAW RELATES TO THIS WARRANTY

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

WARRANTY TERM

Limited Two (2) year warranty applies to all Roof top tents, components including base, aluminum poles, ladder, fabric and seams. Limited One (1) year warranty applies to all other products.

 

ARB Warranty Warranty

Air Locker Inc. (ARB) products are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of initial retail purchase, with the exception of ARB Fridge/Freezers which carry a thirty six (36) month limited warranty, ARB Air Locker which carries a sixty (60) month warranty and LINX which carries a twelve (12) month warranty. Air Locker Inc's (ARB) obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting at its option, any part found to be defective.

Air Locker Inc. (ARB) does not warrant or make any representations concerning its goods when:

  • The products are purchased used, scratch and dent or open box.
  • The products are not installed, used, and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
  • The products are installed in vehicles that are used in competition
  • The products are installed in vehicles fitted with aftermarket non-standard tires with diameters in excess of OEM specifications
  • The products are installed in vehicles with engines that have been modified to increase performance

Air Locker Inc. (ARB) will not be liable for labor charges and other intangible or consequential losses that might be claimed as a result of a failure of any ARB component or part thereof to the extent permitted by state law.

Bigfoot Tents Warranty

Bigfoot Tents will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping cost are included in the price unless you cancel your order after it ships. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Charges related to canceled orders are assumed by the purchaser through a 20% of total order restock.

Darche will replace or repair any Darche product at its discretion that is subject to faulty manufacturing or workmanship including materials.

EXCLUSIONS

The above warranty is limited to manufacturing and materials defects. Not including damage caused by misuse or abuse, wear and tear, condensation, extreme weather, accidents, incorrect set up, damage caused by mould, insects, animals or children. This also excludes broken poles and damage caused by a jammed, snagged zipper or excessive force applied to zipper causing failure. For the Air-Volution swags and tents, this also excludes accidental puncture or piercing of air-poles.

To make a claim in relation to the above manufacturers warranty please ensure you retain your sales receipt of purchase. Front Runner Warranty

FRONT RUNNER OUTFITTERS will warranty all FRONT RUNNER Rack Kits for a LIFETIME of use. The Rack Kits must be installed following Front Runner's recommended fitment. This limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. The components used in customized rack installations are considered accessories and are covered under the accessories warranty below.

FRONT RUNNER OUTFITTERS will warranty all FRONT RUNNER brand accessories manufactured by FRONT RUNNER for the first 2 years that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person.

FRONT RUNNER OUTFITTERS also sells products that compliment the Front Runner line. When those products are purchased through the Front Runner Outfitters store, we will honor ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, FRONT RUNNER OUTFITTERS will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, FRONT RUNNER OUTFITTERS may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new FRONT RUNNER product.

No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, or modification of, or any types of repair of, a load carrier system other than those authorized by FRONT RUNNER OUTFITTERS.

No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond FRONT RUNNER OUTFITTERS’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with FRONT RUNNER’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser.

No warranty is given by FRONT RUNNER OUTFITTERS for FRONT RUNNER products purchased outside of the United States.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Once we enter your warranty claim in the system, you’ll get a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). When you receive your RMA#, please send the package to the address below.

When choosing a shipper to return warrantied products, keep in mind that Front Runner Outfitters cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost in transit. Please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

 

HITents Warranty

Hinterland Industries Tents (HIT™) provides a 2 year manufacturers warranty on their roof top tents (RTTs).  This covers any defects in material or manufacturing.  HIT™ will repair or replace at their discretion any items that prove to be defective at no cost to you. This does not extend to normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes sustained during use or damage caused by improper use, improper cleaning, or improper storage. If the whole tent needs to be returned for repair/replacement or inspection, the costs and liability associated with that is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Hutch Tents

Hutch Tents provides a one year warranty from date of purchase. During the warranty period, Hutch Tents will provide replacement parts for repairing or replace any defects.

For the DOA (if a problem before using and without any operation), like defects in materials or workmanship, Hutch Tents is responsible for all cost (the part cost and transportation cost). So, please check your tent carefully when first opening out of the box. If there is any problem, we need feedback back as to what the problem is along with detailed photos showing the problem.

      

    Overland Pros Warranty

    • Please contact us at info@rooftoptentsofficial.com to claim any warranty issues.
    • Overland Pros items are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase unless specified elsewhere.
    • Overland Pros is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of their products.
    • To obtain warranty service, you must return the defective product, freight-prepaid and insured, to the authorized dealer or distributor from which you purchased the product. 
    • You may return the product directly to Overland Pros after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number from them. An RMA number is obtained by calling Overland Pros Customer Service at 916-400-9813.
    • Once you have obtained an RMA number from them, you must, within thirty (30) days, send the product freight-prepaid and insured to Overland Pros, 1328 Fitch Way, Sacramento, CA 95864, USA. Products shipped to Overland Pros must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. You must include the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product to Overland Pros without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened.

    Roost Warranty

    Roost USA, Inc. warrants your Roost roof top tent to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase. If your Roost roof top tent exhibits such a defect, Roost USA, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component without charge or pay to have it repaired by a qualified service provider in the particular business of the repair required, provided the customer:

      1. Provides digital images showing conclusive proof of the defect
      2. Submits proof of date of original purchase.

    This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, unreasonable use or normal wear and tear.

    Smittybilt Warranty

    Tentbox Warranty


    TentBox offers a 1-year manufactures warranty on all roof top tents. They will repair or replace any damage or faults that arise due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the user. The warranty is only valid if the safety and fitting instructions are followed properly. If you’re out of warranty, they’ll still help, see below!

    Repairs
    At the TentBox workshop, they have tons of spare parts, and pretty much everything on the TentBox is inter-changeable, so even if a TentBox is out of warranty, or has been damaged by a user, they will help you get it fixed as quickly and as affordably as possible.

     

    Tepui Warranty

    Tepui Outdoors, producer of Tepui Tents, warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, for the term described, except as qualified below.     What Tepui Outdoors will do

    If after inspection they find that a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, they will repair or replace the product, at our option, without charge.

    How to obtain warranty service

    Return the product, freight prepaid, to the Tepui Outdoors Dealer from whom it was purchased; or, contact Tepui’s Customer Satisfaction Department for return authorization: toll free 1-800-301-9874. Collect shipments or shipments without return authorization cannot be accepted.

    Repairs

    If your Tepui Outdoors product needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that is not covered under the warranty, they will provide the necessary service for a reasonable charge, plus shipping and handling. We require that products accepted for any repair be properly cleaned according to our recommended care instructions.     TJM Warranty

    TJM Off Road Products Inc. is committed to the supply of quality products. In support of this TJM offers a three (3) year warranty on TJM manufactured products. The TJM XGS Suspension warranty is also limited to 36,000 miles from installation. Any defects in a product distributed by TJM, but not manufactured by TJM, shall be dealt with in accordance with, and to the extent of, the warranty offered by the manufacturer of that product. All claims must be notified to TJM in writing with purchase receipt details and the faulty product returned to TJM for assessment where TJM shall repair or replace (at TJM's discretion) the defective product. TJM does not warrant that the products manufactured or marketed by it comply with the laws of the country where those goods are purchased or used. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain whether products being purchased, or the affixation of those products to any other object, comply with local laws. This warranty covers structural defect and workmanship but does not cover finishes, labor charges for removal or refitting, freight costs, accident damage, misuse or abuse, damage due to incorrect installation or application, modified product, faulty design or consequential damage of any kind. All claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. This warranty covers only the cost of repairs or replacement of the product or part thereof. The decision of which remains solely at the discretion of TJM Off Road Products Inc. This warranty will not cover the cost of removal, installation or any transport. Enhanced finishes, such as polishing or powder coating are not subjected to this warranty. Further, damage or defects caused by collision, alteration, improper installation, road hazards, adverse conditions or usage for any other purpose other than normal private usage are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. TJM does not warrant that the products manufactured or marketed by it comply with the laws of the place where those products are purchased or used. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ascertain whether products being purchased or the affixation of those products to any other object comply with local laws. Except to the extent described in the Warranty, TJM shall not be liable for any other claim including claims arising from incorrect fitment, product modification, faulty design, the use of the product and any indirect special or consequential damage or injury to any person, company or other entity. The warranty is excluded if any product manufactured or distributed by TJM is modified in appearance (including custom painting or finishing) or operation without express written consent of TJM. TJM Off Road Products Inc. is committed to the supply of quality products.     Tuff Stuff Overland

    Warranty Items

    Tuff Stuff Overland guarantees the workmanship of the products we sell for 30 days from the date of receipt. All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. You are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise to one of our distribution centers for warranty inspection.

    Most of our products are covered by warranties and/or guarantees that cover the merchandise for a certain period of time. Please check the product documentation for more information regarding the product warranty policy.

    Warranties and guarantees are nontransferable and remain in effect only as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise.

    Tuff Stuff Overland will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible or liable for inconvenience, labor, legal fees, or any other costs incurred while the item is being inspected or replaced.

    Exclusions from warranties
    • Electrical and computer items
    • Any problem from misuse or improper installation
    • Damage to your vehicle (if someone crashes into you or vice versa we’d consider this beyond the scope of the warranty)
    • Consequential costs or damages (storage fees, mechanic fees, car rental fees, tickets from the PoPo, etc.)
